Overalll feelings about this somewhat chaotic debate!

Saint Lucy's Home For Girls Raised by Wolves  was intresting to read about. The girls come for the woods and to a place to where they have to get rid or forget about their old habits and act more human.  The girls got human names, Jennette, Claudette, and Maribella. Cludette narrates the story and describing her perspective on things. Maribella is the youngets and Jennette is the oldest. Getting ready for the debate was quite easy because I had some team mates that I could count on. In my mind picking Claudette  for being the best was that she achived her goal on becoming a human. She did it on a selfish way because she felt that she couldn't count on her own sisters for her and she had to be on her own. The debate itself was quite chaotic because I felt that since a lot of people were talking at the same time and interrupting , I felt that I could not get the chance to let out my ideas. But overall my team did it's best to make us will. but even though we did not win, we still all collaberated together and came as a whole group to come up with the ideas. I'm actually glad that we got to do this because debates are the thing that I enjoy the most and I feel that it is not done enough and it's nice to have a debate once in a while, as long as their is not interuping between each other.

The story teaches a lesson in a way because Claudette leaves her little sister alone and just turn their backs on them. Instead of helping them and making Maribella feel like if she was home. Yes I get that she was trying to get herself ahead, but at the same time it hurt one of her sisters. Loyalty is something important in life and trust. Since Claudette was Maribella's family, she needed to be their for Maribella and be their for her. She was just like her sister Janette and trying to please anyone especially the nuns. Even though she was being selfish, is was to look out for herself. She was sent their because their parents sent them to Saint Lucy's and if they came back it was they were disappointing them.
